SmartChair.AI wants every visitor, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read the site, reach every page, and request a demo without help.
Our standard
We design www.smartchair.ai to WCAG 2.1 (the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at Level AA, and we fix reported barriers.
What that means in practice
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and interface colours meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text and controls.
- Every link and button is at least 44 by 44 pixels, so it can be reached with a fingertip.
- Headings, lists, landmarks, and form labels are marked up so screen readers announce the structure.
- Images and diagrams carry text alternatives; nothing autoplays with sound.
- Animation respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system.
- Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content, and pages work from 320 pixels wide.
Known limitations
Demo booking runs in a Google Calendar page and the demo form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Those parts are provided by Google, and their accessibility is Google's. If either blocks you, email [email protected] and we will book the demo by hand.
Some older PDF reports linked from the site were not built to this standard. Ask and we will supply an accessible version.
