These terms govern your use of www.smartchair.ai (the "site"), operated by SmartChair.AI Inc.. By using the site you agree to them. The SmartChair.AI platform, sensors, and services are provided under a separate customer agreement; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement governs the services.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read its content, and request a demo. You agree not to:
- Interfere with the site or try to reach parts of it that are not offered to the public.
- Copy, scrape, or republish site content in bulk, or use it to train a model without our written permission.
- Submit false information through the demo form or use it to send unsolicited messages.
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights.
Our content and marks
The site, its text, graphics, logos, and design belong to SmartChair.AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent law. SmartChair.AI and the SmartChair.AI logo are our marks. The chair-occupancy sensing method is covered by a granted United States patent. Nothing here grants you a licence to any of it beyond viewing the site.
Figures and results
Utilization rates, production figures, and customer results on the site come from specific practices over specific periods, rounded for readability. They illustrate what the platform measures; they are not a promise of what any other practice will see. Nothing on the site is clinical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Third-party services
Demo bookings run through a Google Calendar link, the demo form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and the site may link to other sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains what we collect on the site and how we use it. It forms part of these terms.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, SmartChair.AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and does not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SmartChair.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Suspension
We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who abuses it, including scraping, automated submissions, or attempts to interfere with it, without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site is brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Survival
The No warranty, Limitation of liability, and Governing law sections survive any end to your use of the site.
